Every month since the beginning of this war Christians for Ukraine have sent out humanitarian aid to 100 military families who temporarily live in the western part of Ukraine. These families are taken care of by the NGO “Happy Family”. In May they received 1100 kg of humanitarian aid, which consisted of food, hygiene products and household chemicals. Food sets are collected based on a person’s daily calorie needs, so the sets include a complete set of various products needed for 2 weeks for 1 person (or 1 week for 2 adults).
The Christians for Ukraine team tries to be focused on the specific needs of these families, so the aid provided can vary from month to month. For example, when there was a need to improve living conditions of these families, we purchased and sent washing machines to these families.
